This peaceful typical Mexican town has cobblestone streets, a number of small, interesting shops and a tranquil beautiful bay. There are several good restaurants and cafes in the village serving a variety of dishes ranging from freshly caught seafood to pizza and pasta.

During the high season, you can enjoy talented local and international artists performing several nights a week in the local restaurants. Throughout the year, fisherman leave this small inlet to catch many marine species including dorado, red snapper, sawfish, sailfish, tuna and marlin. The tranquil waters of the cove offer a natural shelter to many sailboats during the winter, and also in the summer hurricane months.
